Forum Discussion
Hi Jeffrey1,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum.
There are reasons why a recurring transaction will not be posted on your sales page. First, the file is corrupted. Second, the authorized user may not have logged in. Upon checking your account, you are using an AccountRight product. Can I please confirm if the recurring transactions are not listed in the To-Do list window? If it is not included in this window, the best way to fix this is to recreate the recurring transactions.
If your file is online, recurring transactions that are scheduled to be recorded automatically will be recorded between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m. (Melbourne time) on the due date, even if the file is not open. While for the offline file, the recurring transactions will be recorded automatically once the selected user signs into the company file, on or after the due date. The user you have specified will also receive a notification about it.
Please do let us know if you have any further questions. I'll be happy to assist you.

Hi Jeffrey1,
Thank you for getting back to us and providing an update.
We appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter. If you want to change the schedule of the recurring transaction, such as recurring transaction name or schedule date, click to highlight the recurring transaction and click edit schedule. The recurring schedule information window appears. Change the scheduling details of the transaction as required. However, if the issue persists, the you can manually enter the recurring date. Rest assured that we will raise this to our relevant team. Apologies for the inconvenience.
If you require further assistance in the future, please feel free to create a new post. We are happy to assist.
Kind Regards,
Cel

There is no schedule edit function in recurring that I can find.
I know I can manually change the date but do I have to do that every week forever or are MYOB going to sort the problem out?
What is the point of the recurring function if it does not work properly!!!
It used to work fine until about 3 weeks ago you must have a Gremlin in your system.
