Hi AmandaRobertsC,
Please ensure that the reminder dates are correctly set and match the schedule of the recurring transactions. Discrepancies in reminder settings can sometimes cause issues with automatic recording. Follow the detailed steps provided in the MYOB documentation to verify that all aspects of the recurring transaction setup are accurate. You can refer to the article you mentioned: Setting up recurring transactions. Additionally, I recommend clearing your AccountRight cache to prevent software discrepancies.
If the issue persists, you can contact our support team for further assistance. The best ways to reach our team are through live chat (via our virtual assistant MOCA) or by raising a support ticket through myaccount.myob.com.
Regards,
Earl

Thanks Earl
Yes I have cleared the accountright cache.
Only difference I have with my recurring transactions is to alert 2 days prior to their due date, for me to then record. Their frequency is set to Weekly with a continue indefinitely date. Would having them not set to Automaticallly record, be causing them to always record the next due date as 1 month following the date that are recorded, rather than sticking to the frequency cycle.

Hi AmandaRobertsC,
Try re-creating the recurring transaction with the same settings to see if that helps the system recognise the correct due date cycle.
If the issue persists, you need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant MOCA or submit a case via MyAccount.
Regards,
Sai
