Remittance- custom not email or printing
Hi,
I didn't realise until yesterday but my custom remittance is not sending via email or printing. I checked in sent emails and it looks like none have emailed off since end of Dec 2020. I can print and email the default one. I have read other posts and i have deleted the cache and uninstall and reinstalled the program but it hasn't worked. Im using Accounts Right Plus AU 2021.1.1 Build 2021.1.24.3611
Can someone help so i can you a custom remittance again.

Hi khandley,
To address the issue of duplicate transactions, you can record the payments again to the same invoices and then record the electronic payment once again. This will ensure that each supplier has individual credits.
