Remittance email bounce back
Hello,
My problem is, for 1 supplier only, our remittance emails keep bouncing back saying: Diagnostic code - Rejected. According to the suppliers IT team, the reason is most likely that their email address is black-listed by MYOB.
How can I know please, if this supplier's email address is blacklisted?

Thanks for providing the information via private message. The email you provided was indeed blacklisted on our end. We've made some changes on the backend that should fix the issue.
