Removing customer card
Can you delete/remove a customer card from MYOB account right. I have made them inactive, but my manager thinks that in the past they were able to delete them. Can you archive or combine them as they are customer that we are no longer going to use.

I understand you're looking to completely remove a customer card, but in MYOB, you can't delete a customer card if it has been used in a transaction. However, you can make the customer card inactive, which you've already done, or you can combine cards. Making a card inactive will prevent it from appearing in lists and reports, but it won't remove it from the system.
