Reporting on Vehicles according to their Rego/Job

We have all of our business vehicles set up as Jobs in MYOB. When we process expenses such as fuel, rego and Repairs & Maintenance, we record the vehicle's rego on the relevant bills in the Job column.

Can you please suggest a report to show the expenses for each vehicle seperately?

    Regarding your concern, going to Reports >> Business Reports >> Journal shows how those transactions have been allocated. Or if you run the General Ledger details report and filter by the Motor Vehicle expense account, you can see that there is a debit and credit for that amount. The General Ledger Detail report can be found in Reports >> Accounts >> General Ledger Detail reports. We highly recommend consulting your accountant on this matter for expert advice.
