There is a number of factors that goes into the development of our programs.
In terms of time billing, there is also a number of different functions, processes, and workflows that do need to be added such as the generation of the activity list, activity slips, time billing layout in the Enter Sales window.
So, while we can see the benefits of that functionality, its not something that our product teams are actively considering at the moment. We are focusing on improving the current workflows in the software and the user experience. As a result, the time billing functionality is not something that is actively being considered at this time.
In the meantime, users are welcome to record timebilling invoices and use the timebilling module within the AccountRight desktop application.

As mentioned, I do understand that addressing the time billing functionality in the browser interface may not be straight forward, though it is a bit of a disappointment that MYOB has chosen to neglect all those who use time billing layout for invoicing, and have instead decided to focus on improving the current workflows in the software and the user experience.
I personally would appreciate if MYOB may direct some focus on the user experience of those using time billing layout for invoicing.
I obviously do raise my time billing invoices from my desktop, though it would be great if we were able to raise invoices whilst not in our home office - as I work externally in another job and undertake our own business requirements at home. To be able to access and raise invoices for my customers whilst not in my home office, would allow me much more flexability as to I where am to transact using the browser interface.
May you please take my concerns (and I am sure that I am not alone with this), to those within MYOB to possibly consider their customers who use the time billing layout for invoicing. We pay our subscriptions just like everyone else, so deserve to have access to all required functions using the desktop application and browser interface.
I am sure that MYOB will not entertain the prospect of reducing my subscription fees, even though I do not have full use and functionality of the browser interface.
