Sales freeze when recording

Hi, When recording a sale with reimbursements, MYOB constantly freezes. No error message and I have to restart my laptop. Does anyone have any solutions? I cleared the cahe but this did not work. ...

Thank you for your post, and welcome to the community forum.

 

In this case, I would suggest checking a few things on your own. Confirm that your laptop meets the minimum system requirements for MYOB. Running software on a system below the recommended specifications can cause performance issues. Log out of the account, kindly clear the AccountRight cache again, or uninstall and reinstall the software.
