Sales invoice payment link

Hi guys.    We've had customers saying the Green Payment link buttons on our invoice emails aren't working.  We've tested and get the following error: "bad url - reference number: j4JY-aRtNOy4EqWM...

hello,

I'm having the same issue - all customer cannot access our "view invoice" link and I cant access suppliers invoices with the "view invoice" link. this is the below message we are all getting. 

Can I please have some assistance,
