Sales invoices not picking up GST

Just noticed that a client's invoices are not picking up GST when they are raised. I've checked the GST settings in the system, checked the income account and checked the items list and all are set ...

Hi RhondaMP, 

 

Thanks for your post. Is this still happening ? If it is, can you please clear your AccountRight cache. Once cleared, can you attempt to enter in a new sale. Does the same thing happen ?
