Hi HDG ,
I understand how this might post an issue when multiple users create sales transactions. Currently, with the way the system is set, after opening the window, the automatic number assign will kick in but it won't be considered used until the sale is saved. I recommend posting this on the Ideas Exchange board for future update consideration.
