Sales Person change
Hi Is it possible to change sales persons name on bulk invoices at one time or do we have to go to each individual invoice and change it one by one thanks

You can change the name by exporting the sales into excel and then changing the names through excel and importing them back into AccountRight.
I have attached a Help Article on importing and exporting which will step you through how to go through the steps.

Hi ChrisMYOB , LilyUltimate , as far as I am aware you cannot import and update existing sales transactions (via the import/export wizard), or any other transaction types. If you do that, you'll get duplicates of all the sales.
If all you need to do is change the name of an existing sales person, then you can change the name on their card, and all the sales will reflect that change anyway. But if you need to select a different card as the salesperson, then the only option within the program is to change each invoice.
Invoice details can be updated via the API, developers such as ourselves can cater for that kind of solution, addtional fees would apply.
