Thanks for posting your concern in the forum.
I'm sorry to hear about your items not populating when creating a restock order. In my understanding, you are creating the order from the Reorder reports window. Generally, all items selected from this window will be added to the purchase order. I suggest checking each item to see if they already have a default supplier connected to them when restocking. You can do this by clicking the hyperlink in the name of the item and scrolling down to the bottom of the page.
If after setting each item the issue persists, feel free to send us screenshots and any additional information.
