Hi SteelFab
Thanks for your post.
In this matter, there is no report that will show the credit limit of a supplier or customer. However, if you mean that there is no warning that the customer is beyond the credit limit you may check it under setup >> preferences >> sales >> have the last item ticked to warn if the customer is already exceeding the credit limit.
Please don't hesitate to post again if you need help in the future.

Hi Celia_B
all you mentioned is fine, but the questions have not been answered. I use this report often and never encountered a supplier who will not appear on the report.
I have been using MYOB for approx 20 years, and I know my way around reports. Any solutions or suggestions on why a supplier is NOT showing up?

Hi SteelFab
My Apologies, but the current post that I uploaded is not the direct answer to your question, but it is linked to it.
The purchase History report would be reporting on the purchase history of a supplier card. If you are doing Banking>>Spend Money transactions these would deem to be Banking transactions therefore are not purchase transactions which can be displayed a purchase report.
Regarding your concern, in this scenario, you simply need to check the date range. (Run the report>>Accounts>>Account transactions [Accrual] report for the required bank accounts and date range). When the report appears on the screen, click the additional filters button and input the needed supplier name in the memo/payee field. After changing the filter, don't forget to click Run Report.
Let me know if further assistance is required. I'm happy to assist
