Why is my GST tax button grey on my invoice sales page and how can I make it operational again?

The GST tax button on your invoice sales page might be grayed out due to a setting or configuration issue. To fix this, if you're using MYOB Business, make sure your business is registered for GST. If you're using AccountRight, ensure that you have set up the tax code correctly.
