Record button missing in Receive Payments

I try to record receive payments for my client (MYOB Accountsright online version) but the Record button is missing from the screen.

Had restarted pc still same.

 

Please help!!

    Hi Sue1234,

     

    Thanks for reaching out. 

     

    It does seem strange that the record button is missing, however, sometimes it can be due to your display settings, where the screen has cut off the bottom of the window (where the record button is), so you're unable to see it. I would first try adjusting your display settings to see if the button comes back into view. 

     

    If it does not, could you please provide a screenshot of the window when the issue occurs?

     

    Please hide/remove any senstive information from screenshots posted publically.

      Oh its not display settings as the button "close" was next to it.

      I have figured out the reason so this problem is fixed.

       

      However, I find that I can't transition to STP2, it said to contact Support.

      Had no problem with other client's files.

       

      Are you able to assist on this?
