Hi Fermax,
I understand you need to use that inventory item for other transactions. Based on the info and screenshot, I suggest checking out help sites like myob.com/support or myaccount.myob.com. You can find MOCA, our virtual assistant, who can handle immediate queries and assistance there. If MOCA can't resolve it, you'll be connected to our live chat team automatically. This issue might need some troubleshooting to pinpoint the cause.

Live chat wasn't allowed to talk to me because I'm a Global Developer Partner.
Phone support couldn't resolve my issue so now we have to send the database away to hopefully be fixed.
Hopefully this can be done out of business hours to avoid disruption given this is a working database.
