TPAR RETURN

Good afternoon

 

We have made 2 attempts to lodge our TPAR report and are getting the message:

 

"Line 329 PLease contact your software developer.  The file contains an illegal character at end of last record."

 

Can you please advise how I know which is Line 329 and which character is illegal?

 

I have looked at previous queries re this and have done as advised  ( text document and look for space that shouldnt be there) but have been unable to rectify.

 

Any clues on how to fix this please?

    Hi Sandraisx 

     

    If your file is online, we can run a script to find out which suppliers are having this issue. So we can organise this, please send us a private message with your product serial number and company file name.
