Unbalance Trial Balance report

I an new to Accountright so please bear with me.  The Trial Balance report does not balance. It is out of balance by the amount of the Historical Balance which is included as a debit. What do I need ...

Yes mine too. I can see how it occurred and why can't fix it. (I am replying in the hope it reignites support)
