Unknown MYOB Charges

Since Dec 23 we have been charged in addition to our invoiced subscription amount ($170). These extra charges seem to be an extra $5.00 a month and then seperate varying amounts from $0.33 to $2.59. ...

Thats the thing I have no idea what the charges are. Nothing has changed with our subscription, these charges just started appearing from Dec 23. It is the only clients file affected and all of my clients have the same set up.

Can any one direct me to a direct MYOB support I have been trying to get this resolved since Dec??
