Sorry for the delay in response. I've had a look at the screenshot and it looks like there are some unlinked documents in the In Tray, which is why it is displaying that there are unlinked documents on the dashboard.
You would need to ensure that all the documents are linked to have that window stop showing unlinked documents. To do this - click on the '. . .' then select Link to existing bill

Every document in there was uploaded through bills and linked to a bill - EVERY one is linked - as per my original request
