It’s definitely not ideal when uploaded documents don’t show up properly. Sometimes they just take a bit to appear in the tray. If you’ve already tried logging out and back in and it’s still happening, the next step I’d suggest is clearing the AccountRight cache and then trying the upload again. This usually fixes odd behaviour for most users. If the documents are still not appearing, it might be due to the file type, file size, or a security filter on the sender’s email, especially since some documents are coming through and others aren’t.
For your new unique email address, it’s a bit unusual that you’re not able to copy and paste it into an email. I tested it on my side and it worked fine. If you’ve already tried pasting it into something like Notepad or Word and it still won’t paste, it’s likely a copy/paste or security/clipboard issue on the computer itself, which your IT team may need to look into.
