Great call hiring a VA for sales and purchases and locking down anything that could be saved or downloaded. You can set that up with a custom role so their user access only covers what you want them to do. When you create the role, leave these unticked to block printing and exporting across the board:
- Print Sales Invoices/Sales Register
- Print Purchase Invoices/Purchase Register
- Export/Import Data, and Print Cards List
Once done, assign the role to the VA and you're good to go. Also, here's a handy guide in setting up roles.
