view invoice online landscape show as portrait

I have had my invoices setup as landscape for many years without any issues printing, emailing or creating PDF's

Now that I have setup online payments when my customers are emailed, the attached PDF is correct but when they click "View invoice online" my landscape invoice is cut off to a portrait view and I cant find a setting to change to landscape!

    Hi Jay21j,

    Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum! I apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced in viewing your invoices. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated. To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to Setup>>Customise Forms.
    2. Select Purchases.
    3. Choose the desired layout (item) and the form.
    4. Select Customise.
    5. Within the Customise forms window, select the Print Preview tab.
    6. In the Page Setup section, ensure that the Orientation is set to be Portrait.
    7. Go back to the Customise tab
    8. Move all the desired fields further up the page (click and drag higher up the page).
    9. Change back to the Print Preview tab.
    10. Update the Orientation is set to be Landscape.
    11. You'll then need to further customise the invoice as necessary.

    The above process will allow you to move those fields that are currently off-screen up the form page so that they can be edited or deleted or moved into another position.
