VISA payment from invoice

Hi MYOB

A client cannot make a visa payment.

Though we have payments by credit card appear in our MYOB.

We have re-issued the invoice - sent it to myself - try to open payment on my mobile - on an external server.

Comes up with a - oops we are having problems.

Is MYOB payments down?
