Online Payments via visa not working

Hi,

We recently got set up for online payments from our customers. The last couple of days I've noticed the tick box and the online payment option is not available and greyed out? I have no idea why this is. The support number I have of 0800 606 962 is not ringing through so I can get a hold of anyone to speak to.

Help woulod be greatly appreciated.

    I'm sorry to hear about your Online Invoice Payment feature not working. In my understanding, if this feature was set correctly the option would be able and automatically marked checked. I recommend reading through this article, Online Invoice Payments. This will show the complete process of using this feature, you can make sure that you didn't miss anything in setting this up.
