Why can't I 'recap' a Purchase Transaction when entering it using the Intray?
When I go to the Intray and select a document to enter as a new Purchase, I'm unable to recap the transaction.
I'd like to check the amounts that are posted to each account before entering but the recap function is greyed out in the Edit menu.
Does anyone know why?

Thanks for your response and the diagnostic log.
I checked on this and I found some errors on how Excel is communicating with AccountRight.
I would suggest downloading Quick Repair Office from the Microsoft website and running it to fix the issue with Excel. If this does not solve the issue, we will need an IT person to re-register the DLL files for Excel and/or check the registry values of the computer for Excel.
