Hi Alex74,
If you're using AccountRight to send emails, you should be able to check out all the emails sent, as long as you’ve got user access to that part of the system. You can find more about that here.
If you still can’t see the statements sent even with sales user access, and you are set to send emails from Accountright, it’s best to reach out to us. You can do this by creating a support ticket on the MyAccount window or accessing live chat through our virtual assistant MOCA.

I have administrator rights. All emails can be seen except Statements
