"Access Denied" error message when entering job number in timesheet

We allocate all hours to jobs, via timesheet section.  I occasionally get an error message "Access is denied" with a red circle with a cross when entering a job number and I have to close the softwar...

Hi CoolSteel, 

 

It's interesting how the error message only happens occasionally. There seems to be no reported issues with the same nature as yours. I recommend Clearing the AccountRight Cache, as this might potentially remove the error message. 

 

In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any further help.
