The Back up does not work to Server and local, I keep getting the same message. We turned our Server off and On again hoping this might fix the problem but it still didnt work. Has anyone had this problem. from Robyn

Hi Mantova - sorry for the late reply, and sorry to hear about your backup issue.
There is a current issue with backing up company files over the network. The current work around is backing up the company file locally on the server itself.
Our product development team is aware of this issue and working on a fix. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused and thank you very much for your patience while we work through this.
