I am Ginny's MYOB Certified Consultant (and have been for many years) and have been helping her this morning. I suggested she contacted you. I would like to add to Ginny's comments. The program is not crashing and giving a diagnostice log. The payroll being processed has over 300 - 400 employees and and this is the first pay run for the new finanacial year. I suspect when we go to record the pay ARL is invoking the subroutine to update the super to 10.5% and remove the $450. As it is a large file it is not handling this subroutine.
Is there any way you can test this?
Please send me the serial number for the product and company file name by Private Message, and I'll run a script to check if that fixes the issue.

I have a copy of the diagnostic log from Ginny's computer and can send that to you.
I will also PM her serial number and Company details.
