Annual Salary/Hourly Rate shown on older payslips after a salary increase

Hi,

 

We currently use MYOB Team app to access payslips. We had a salary increase on 01st of July.

 

The new annual salary/hourly rate is shown on payslips prior to 01st of July whereas it should have been the pervious annual salary/hourly rate. 

 

Even when I try to run a payslip via Reports - Payroll- Payroll Advice, the new annual salary/hourly rate is shown on pay advices prior to 01st of July. 

 

Is there a way to rectify this error?

    Hi Mojo1

     

    If you recently changed the hourly of an employee, the previous hourly rate of each pay slips will also change depending on the current year. What you're experiencing right now that new rates are being shown on the previous pay slips is not an error. As we value you for being our customer, we appreciate your feedback.
