Can I reverse a payroll for last financial year and redo it?

G'day,

 

When I reconcile the final STP, I found one mistake we did last financial year (FY2021), which was about ETP taxable amount and ETP withholding. When we did ETP, we chose normal PYAG withholding rather than ETP withholding. And we want to fix it.

 

But I am wondering can I reverse it and redo it as it was the last financial year payroll?

Can anyone help with this?

    Welcome to the Community Forum!

     

    If the employees were not set as final, you can remove the termination for impacted employees and reverse and reprocess the final pay. Please ensure the payment date in the payrun is for the previous year so it's reported in that year.
