Hi Princess, apparently we need to upgrade from AccountRight Standard to AccountRight Plus in order to get Payroll in order to add or amend Employee cards. As our payroll is handled by an external company this is a useless feature for us. The only reason I need to add an Employee card is so that our new employee can access our Warehousing software which backs onto Myob.

I have exactly the same problem - don't need Payroll, and just want to add an Employee Card. Is your issue eventually fixed?
Sorry ProfOwl, I just saw your message. No, the issue is not fixed, I received a quote for the Myob version with payroll. We have to spend more money to get back functionality that we had before. This solution does not cater to companies that use external companies to run their payroll.
My husband told me of a workaround to create an Employee Card in Personal. Just have to remember to lock off Personal for general staff access. I refuse to pay for functionality that doesn’t won’t be used.
