Change of Super Details

We have an employee who when signed up completed the super choice form in MYOB it is linked to their employee card. I have updated their details manually but when trying to pay through paysuper it is using the original details in the completed form rather than the details I have changed it to.

Can we delete the completed super choice form or is there a work around so the old details are no longer used?

    Hey SDMR,

     

    Since AccountRight is still pulling the original super choice details, you can request updated info from your employee so everything refreshes properly. You can do this by opening the card file and then click on Save and request employee details. Make sure to also check this link for more info.
