delete an old card

Hi,   Does anyone know how we can delete an old card that hasn't been used in years, everytime I try it comes with an error that it has a journal attached to it. Surely MYOB account right can do s...

Hi jodieL2, 

 

Thanks for posting your concern. 

 

I understand there are instances when we need to remove a certain transaction in the file. It is as gavin12345 has said, any card or account in the file that was already used cannot be deleted. The transaction connected to that card needs to either be deleted or edited before deleting the card.
