This might be related to the linked account for Pay Super. It's possible that the account is set to an electronic clearing account, which could cause this issue. There should be no EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) appearing on the MYOB side; only the Pay Super reference should be visible. The EFT will only appear if an electronic payment is downloaded from the bank file.
