Hi i have the same issue, i have done the stp finalisation again but the employee is still saying they haven't received it on their end. all my other employees have no issues. it been 4 days but still no luck . Help!

Hi qls-tania,
Thanks for bringing this up. Have you checked with your employees if it has also been finalised, this might be the reason why they are not receiving it. You can also check this with the ATO.
