Employee not receiving email invite

Hi all

I have a new employee and did the normal set up things, sent the invite however, she is receiving the texts but not the email??  It hasn't gone to junk/spam and we have checked the email address a thousand times.  Any suggestions?

    Good on you for triple-checking the email. Sounds like you've been really thorough with the checks. In this case, the next step would be to resend the invitation and see if that gets through.

     

    If it's still being a bit stubborn, best to jump onto our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount. They'll be able to double-check things from our end and help get it sorted.
