For the onboarding issue where employees are showing as "full time" instead of "casual," please double-check the invitation details to ensure "casual" is correctly selected. Refer to this link for more info. Regarding the TFN and super details reverting to "no TFN," make sure to review the employee's details in the system before sending the invite. If the issue continues and this needs further investigation, please reach out to our support team directly.
