Employee problem uploading personal data
I sent the email to my employee to complete his information but when he gets to the tax part, the page is blank without uploading anything.

That’s not how the onboarding screen’s meant to behave. Best move is to contact our team on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA, or by submitting a support case via My Account. This way, they can check why the tax section is loading blank and help get it working again so your employee can finish their details.
