You're really in the thick of it with those two employees' super not showing in the STP EOY report, it’s hard when things don't update like they should! I’d suggest checking the Payroll Activity and Payroll Register reports for those two employees. If those reports don't match, it’s likely because a manual adjustment was made in Pay History. If the reports do match, then it might be caused by ATO reporting categories that have not been assigned correctly or by payroll categories that have exempted from PAYG Withholding in error. Therefore, since you’ve mentioned that set up is the same as the remaining employees, it’s best to reach out our MYOB team through our virtual assistant MOCA or drop a support ticket via MyAccount to check this further, they'll be able to help you sort this out!

Thanks for the reply.
As mentioned earlier, everything is set up correctly. The error is on the MYOB side, not ours. There has also been no manual adjustments done for either employee.I will lodge a support ticket, but MYOB needs to fix the issue. It isn't a one off occurrence that it takes forever for information to update.
