EOFY 2023
EOFY 2023 reports are not balancing and I can not get through to anyone at MYOB still on hold after 1hrs & 15 min. MYOB does not allow me to run a "Sent update event" error message. Help!

When sending an Update event, normally today's date must be used. However if doing an Updated for FY 2023 in July, the Update Date MUST be 30 June 2023 - is there anywhere to set this date? This might be why you cannot send an Update. You cannot do an Update for July, until you have at least one Pay Event.
Perhaps indicate what message you are seeing when you try to lodge Update.
