EOFY 2023

EOFY 2023 reports are not balancing and I can not get through to anyone at MYOB still on hold after 1hrs & 15 min. MYOB does not allow me to run a "Sent update event" error message. Help!

To furtherly help you with this. Can you send me the error message that you get when you are trying to send the update event? You can also check on the gavin12345 response to your post.
