Hello My employee has said they cant access their group certificate, have I missed something, I thought i had completed

Thanks for reaching out. You haven’t missed anything, especially if you’ve completed your STP reporting to the ATO. Your employees can access their group certificate through myGov. If they’re having trouble accessing it, they can contact the ATO directly for assistance. You can find more information here.
