Employee not receiving Group Certificate

I have an employee who was originally set up with an easy to pronounce version of his real name and when I have finalised the payroll everything looked right.

The employee has not received his PAYG Summary to his MyGov account.

Since correcting his name in MYOB he can now see the new financial year's PAYG amounts but still no access to anything prior to 30th June

Is there a way to sync his account from MYOB or do I need to contact the ATO?

    Hi qls-tania,

     

    You can sort this in MYOB without ringing the ATO. Just head back and undo the STP finalisation for the previous financial year, then redo it with the updated name. After that, send an update event, this’ll sync the right name with the ATO, so your employee should see their group certificate pop up in MyGov soon.

  • Hi i have the same issue, i have done the stp finalisation again but the employee is still saying they haven't received it on their end. all my other employees have no issues. it been 4 days but still no luck . Help!
