Hours worked

Hi there What is the easiest way to view the total number of hours worked at the end of each month?  (By hours worked, including annual/personal leave)?  I can't seem to find a report that summarise...

    Sorry LaniOUP  I thought you meant per employee.  The Payroll Summary report gives the total hours per category, I think this is the one you want.

When I run either of these reports, I can't see a total overall figure.  Only total per employee.  

I really just wanted a simple, fast way to see total hours at an organisational level.

Sorry LaniOUP  I thought you meant per employee.  The Payroll Summary report gives the total hours per category, I think this is the one you want.

    That one is perfect. 

    Going forward I can see I'm going to have trouble with the fact we work on a calender year and payroll reports only work in a financial year.  

    Will I always have to run payroll reports for each half of the calender year and combine them?  Is there a work around for getting reports that go accross two periods?
