Incorrect STP category assign and now greyed out

Hi there UNIQsol,

 

There's a known issue where base hourly gets stuck under the ETP ATO reporting category and can't be changed. The workaround for this is to have our team fix the file on the backend. To get this sorted, just reach out to our support team directly on Live Chat via our virtual assistant, MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount, and they'll be happy to assist you.
