Yesterday we sent out the payslip to our employees, but some received an advertisig emai instread, and most did not receive their payslip

    Hi Jay_Goodwill,

     

    We've checked and everything's fine on our end with sending and delivering pay slips. Looks like those ads aren't coming from us. We recommend checking with your email service provider to see what might be causing this advertisement email instead of the intended pay slip. Sometimes this could be related to external email filtering or spam settings on their end.
