Thanks for sharing screenshots! Since the leave tracking prompt works for some employees but not the new ones, it's worth checking how their wage and entitlement categories are set up. The message "(employee name) has the wage category Holiday Leave linked to more than one leave accrual. Please select the appropriate entitlement category to adjust," suggests that the Holiday Leave wage category might be linked to multiple entitlements. Even if everything looks the same, it's best to double check that only the correct entitlement is linked. You can check this link for more info.
